Dairy Council of California's Nutrition Trends Task Force includes eight registered dietitian nutritionists who review education and nutrition research, policy and communications to identify and disseminate top trends.

Nutrition Educators Connect Learning to Life! |
| During Teacher Appreciation Week, Dairy Council of California featured two educators recently recognized with the Eat Smart 2 Be Smart Outstanding Nutrition Educator Award.
Presented by the Southern California School Nutrition Association and sponsored by Buena Vista Foods and Dairy Council of California, this award recognizes teachers for their dedication and commitment to improving the health of students by educating and empowering children to choose nutritious foods and be active daily.
